Healthy bowl mango salmón ahumado

And not only since I added many more things! This mango and smoked salmon and healthy bowl is one of my favorite dishes and I usually add it with Jasmine rice which I love, and avocado and sprouts. I usually prepare this rice the day before so it only takes a few minutes to prepare it the next day.

This Thai rice is super easy to cook: you only need to wash it previously and then add 1 ¼ cup of water to your pot for each cup of rice.  Then cut the ingredients such as avocado and mango, add the sprouts, and the smoked salmon. A healthy, quick and delicious meal!

Healthy bowl


200 gr smoked salmon

Half avocado

a handful of leek sprouts 

3 tbsp red cabbage

150 gr Jasmine rice



The same day, or even better the previous day, prepare the Jasmine rice. So wash it with cold water and then add it to a pot. Add 1 ¼ cup of water for each cup of rice, add salt and cook it over medium heat. When it starts to cook, cover and low the heat to avoid boiling. 

Cook for 12 minutes, remove from the heat and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or more. 

Since I prefered my healthy bowl cold, this is another reason I decided to prepare the rice the day before. Then cut the avocado, mango and the rest of the ingredients and add them to a bowl or serving plate.
